Familiar Stranger
Sometimes in life you come across situations where you cannot decide whether one side is correct or the other side. Recently i also came across such a situation where i could not decide whether somebody is stranger or a familier/known person.
It was a hectic friday evening, almost night, I with some of my friends hasted to get into a tour bus from Bangalore to Tirupati. The bus full packed. I got the seat in the second row. After becoming little comfortable, I looked around. I saw one girl of around 2-3 yrs also inquiring around her surrounding like me. After our eyes met, she started staring me continuously towards me. I also became happy to see some baby looking towards me.Anyways after light became dim & I slept for quite a while. After some hours we were waken up by the guide to go into the queue for taking ticket. This was around 3:30 in the morning & the booking was about to start at 5. So we had pretty much one & a half hour to spend. We chatted, gossiped a lot ranging from national issues to corporate items to leg pulling of one another to remembering golden college days including those classy characters over there.I realized after a little while that this girl along with her family was also sitting next to us & was again seeing now & then towards me. I didn't sense it much again. Anyways after a struggle we got ticket around 5 & then went back to bus & then to get fresh & have breakfast etc.
Now at around 10 o clock we reached at the temple gate.As our slot was for 12 o clock, so we had to wait in queue outside only, There started the interesting part of the day. That small girl, Shivani, was again siting just before us. Now had a quite a long time to meet. Without me making much effort she started coming to me. First I thought it will be JLT, but later I realized it was more than that she started communicating to me in malayalam(sadly, i dont know) & then giving me preference to others. Without any effort she came to my lap & sat nicely. I was full surprising astonished to see what is happening. Then she started playing with all of us & in that also giving me more attention than others. After a while she started complainnig (I dont know whether it should be called complaining or not) about her parents not giving biscuits & all to me. I was speechless. How can a girl of such a small age, can talk to a stranger like me who don't even know her language with so much comfort within 15-20 mins. After a while she felt tired & then she slept in my lap. I was completely lost in this girls attachment.
This incident made me think that is there only the relations that human beings make or some or like natural or from GOD. Is there any scientific explanation for this phenomenon. Is there something natural frequency of human being which does not depend on cast, color, race, nation or language. When this frequency matches you have resonance(in scientific terms) or in general terms you get along with the other person so easily that you think you know that person from years .
Anyways the gates opened at 12:30 & we went to darshan & after that in the back route i was full lost in my dreamworld. My eyes opened only when i saw her leaving the bus with her family. I felt little sad of not being able to spend more time with her.
This was one trip i m not gonna forget so soon.
I have got some of photos of her which i am pasting down here.(she is so sweet na :))

My first Trek
Hi All, Its long since I have done something new or crazy. From past few weeks I was thinking about doing someting new then I remembered one of my friend writing blog about some gr8 things, so thought why not I also take a dip in this ocean. So here I am wrting a so-called blog. Then comes the next question , write about what ?There should be something different to write about .Last year I had a blasting trekking trip, so thought of sharing with you the experience.
So lets start, it was a wednesday evening, I was outside the MindTree Banashankari office waiting for my first trek to start.I was happy as well as little nervous.Happy to do something different and good for next long weekend and nervous becoz I didnt know any of my trekmates, also it was my first trek professionally.(Now don't ask me the difference between professional & unprofessional trekking). The first trekmate I met was Sanjeev. He was a cool guy & was patient enough to answer my lot & lots of stupid Qs. Then we started our journey around 11 in night in the rented tempo traveller, more ppl joined us as we progressed. Everybody was formal till our CTO(mind that here T means "trek" not any thing like techincal ,...etc ).Sibin started the round of introduction, & put some intresting Qs like realted to GFs etc etc. Once the ice was broken, everbody was having masti in some or other way. We reached to Virajpet at around 5:30 in the morning.

I, rather we, didn't how much thrilling & interesting this whole day is going to be.We rested for some time & then had our morning tea.We were ready to start our trekking at around 7:40. But like all good movies we had a twist in the store, we saw that the tyre is punctured. This was the first twist in the mrng, more waas there in the store. So we got some one hour or so to explore the place and I think we did a nice job.

Finally after one & a half hour we started again. Our destination was the Chilvara Lake.We reached in around 45 mins .The lake was awesome.

After a long time I was hearing the music of natural waterfall. We all were very excited & immediately started to go inside water. The water was cold & we all were shivering. Some of the brave ppl among us started climbing the rock. I was also pretty inspired as it was my first of this kind of experience,so I thought I'll also climb. But that was my mistake.I started off well & was about to experience the water falling on my head, suddenly I saw I am slipping & in a moment, dhoodddmmmm I was down in the still water. It happened so fast I could not understand for a moment what was happening.Everbody was like, oh man we dont want any suicides in d trip, be careful.Anyways my brave CTO encouraged me to climb again & laid his moral support .Slowly & half heartedly I started again but this time I was through & finally reached.Well after a good bath & lot of fun in the water we came outside. Some of the folks dared to go up but I chose to have some rest & enjoy drying of my wet clothes along with two other folks. We could hardly see somebody coming over the falls so we started counting the no of ppl cmin, I think till we left the place the number didnt went to double digits.

Everybody was going ahead & I was getting scared will I'll be able to complete that. What will happen if i get stuck up here & so on. Many of the members actually encouraged me a lot & I am thankful to that. I was creeping, climbing, trying to balance myself(not to mention my gr8 tummy giving me gr8 discomfort), suddenly I saw I am stuck. It was quite a big rock.I could neither go up nor go down(low confidence). I thought probably my whole life will now be spent in this 4 ft long rock.Anyways I remembered the GOD & thought life is all about making decision. So I decided I am reaching to peak this evening & with full strength pulled myself up to the rock and then it was all green. I now got my confidence back & started climbing again. I got the lesson that nothing is difficult until u assume it really is. Anyways as I was getting closer to the peak I could feel the natural air blowing through & leaving behind a sense of achievement. Finally I reached & saw that I am on one of the peaks of thadiyandamol.

I got to know later that there was a bunch of people who came from other route & which was more tough that ours. For this I learnt whenever we think we are having the biggest problem, we are wrong . There are ppl who have more problems than ourselves.
Anyways after the chill at lake we headed towards our final destination i.e. Thadiyandamol .Now we had become quite comfortable with each other & was having fun in leg pulling of everyone & sharing of experiences.
We reached to a place kind of some palace for any small king. There we stopped our cab and packed our bags for trekking. Then we started at around 4 o'clock in the evening. We had full bedding, tent & basic necessary items with us. The journey was extremely good & tiring as well.It was around 6-7 km run before we got to the place from where to climb the mountain. The view & ambiance was so beautiful that cant be explained in words. You got to experience that then only u can understand that. We took around one hour to reach with just one long & couple of short breaks.

We reached at the bottom of the mountains & heard the rumor that there is no water/lake available over there.Luckily we could explore one small lake & survive throughout the night.
We thought of starting to climb one peak & stared at around 5 o'clock .Actually we wanted to see the sunset from the peak which I could not do(as will be told later). We started well but I as a first timer was getting quite a problem.I was not getting how to climb as it was getting steeper & steeper.

We had a tremendous evening there at the top. But i was lil scary so I started little early for coming down.
Coming down when we all gathered back, we really had a quality time. I could remeber the famous hindi song "Zangal hai aadhi raat hai, lagne laga hai dar".

After we had some MTR readymade food, some bravehearts started for another round of trek. I was not in a position to go again, so I told i'll enjoy the flamelight over here only with some 4-5 people.

Again at the morning we started for the other peak, which is supposed to be the highest peak of south india. It took around 1.5-2 hour to reach there. But after all this was the peak & we could smell the sense of achievement after reaching at top.

We had some snacks & a round of photoshoot at top & then we came back.

At around 1-2 pm we started for bangalore .This time there was much enthusiasm & masti in the air. BTW there were 3 folks who got almost lost & made us wait for around 2 hr down the hill.

Now keeping rest things in short i could say that it was a very nice trip. Above all I really learned quite new things & also made some new friends.
I hope U liked this post.
